Cross Island Fitness

This afternoon i found myself in Queens filming a marathon exercise session it started at 11:30 and went on til 3pm . It was mostly women sprinkled with a few men. This session was orchestrated by Anthony Gibson aka "Fitness is a Lifstyle by AG", Davon Livingston "Lose and Tone Fitness"

" For Better Or For Worse " a stage play

Once again I find myself in a church taking photos and filming. On this night I was at Zion Cathedral and the playwrignt was a young woman I met as a tween , her name is Racquel Marie Jones  a Uniondale High School graduate and Fordham University. The play was pretty entertaining and the acting was remarkable for a cast of under thirty but I'm no critic so you'll have to be the judge next time it's presented. The original songs and singers were tight. The sponsors of this was a new group called B.A.L.M. a brotherhood group formed by James Aydelott http://www.balm-inc.org/  . I'm not a writer at all enjoy the photos.
