Led by the Nassau County Economic Opportunity Commission, spearheaded by CEO Eric Poulson, and organized by Ms. Kimberly Tilghman and her dedicated staff from EOC offices across Roosevelt, Rockville Center, Port Washington, Glen Cove, and Hempstead, the students eagerly delved into exploration. Their itinerary brimmed with prestigious institutions like Cornell University, Ithaca College, Binghamton University, Syracuse University, Buffalo State College, and the University at Buffalo. Excitement crackled in the air as these budding scholars set foot on campuses that could shape their futures. With wide eyes and dreams as vast as the sprawling landscapes before them, they embarked on a journey of discovery, soaking in knowledge and envisioning the possibilities that lie ahead.
